I'll update the guide with various 1 point alternatives.
I don't think Shinobi is useful for loud builds. You will sprint anyway everywhere. Who *walks* on DW loud? Crouch might be interesting but that skill is tier 3. With ICTV, Hostage Taker and Inspire there aren't many points left.
The reason for HT and CrewC is in the guide.
You can't have a proper Sniper build without Fully Loaded, and since it's so far up and the ICTV is just 4 points away, there isn't much leeway.

Yea you're right. Might be better invested in Fast Hands. But it's still just one point. Main skills for a sniper build are Inspire aced and Fully Load aced. Like I've said. Sniper builds aren't builds that this game needs. But when I have seen guides with Drill Sergeant aced I've decided to do a more practical one.
And yeah, it actually is a plebeian guide.
