How to level up fast? [Tips for newcomers and veterans]

PAYDAY 2 has a little wave of newcomers and begineers. That's why this guide was created.

Leveling Up 101

Almost every player of Payday know how it feels how to level up after finishing a heist. But leveling up can be hard very often. Leveling up is about getting some thousands of exp. In the beggining, you have to have 600 exp to lvl Up. The first level is the esiest, because you can just rush ukrainian job on hard and that's all. Next levels are harder to get and need a tactic on how to earn them fast. The highest level you can get is 2600 (Infamy: 25, Level: 100) and you may ask: How the hell can I get lvl 2600? The answer is simple. Infamous levels. Infamous levels are roman numbers next to your level and shows the BIG experience of the player. To get infamous level, you need to earn lvl 100 and then click "Get Infamous" (or something like that). There will be a warning about loosing your all guns, masks and stuff, you need to pay 200,000,000 $ (200 milions for lazy people). Then you will get a roman 1 next to the lvl and you'll need to make your road through leveling up once again. You should now scroll down to learn the technics of leveling up.

Tips on how to level up fast

• It is always good to have stealth bonus. Stealth bonus- (for example) +5% exp for next contract. It will add a little to your exp.
  
• You can play with high level guys- there will be always a crew alive bonus and (maybe) a pro job bonus, also they can help you up always when you get downed.
  
• One of the guys should have the Courier Gage Mod Pack DLC. It is fun to collect packages and to get mods after collecting the right ammount of packages. It also gives a money (I'm not so sure about it) and exp bonus. The more packages you collect, the more exp you get.
  
• Play long (3 Days) heists.They almost always give loads of exp.
  
• Play on higher difficulties. It is recomended to be a Deathwish player if you want to level up fast.
  
• Play pro job deatwish 3 days heists. For example: Rats Pro Job Deathwish with all packages and ten bags of meth and emptying the bus on day 3, will give you something about five million exp.
  
• Farm 3 day heists. That's probably the best option, espacially if you do them all stealth.
  
• Buy DLC's. You might not like this option, but let's be honest, this game is P2W (Pay2Win) and without DLC's you have a very small option of weapons, masks, materials, weapon attachments and the worst, heists. I don't say you must buy them, I'm just saying buying them can make your life much much easier.
  
• Search the internet for builds. Builds are gonna make you play better. Builds are a set of skills for all of the skill trees (Mastermind, Enforcer, Thechnician, Ghost and Fugitive) and their goal is to connect aspects of the skilltrees to make these aspects even better.

Grizzly, just so you know, 25 times 100 IS 2500, and since the max is 2600, that means that its 100 plus 2500, not 25000 like other people are telling you.

Also max level would be 2600 not 2500. You do 100 levels at Infamy 0 so Level 100 at Infamy 25 is 100 + (25x100)
