The biggest upgrade is setting the Low Detail Models setting to 4 as opposed to off.

I feel like the devs got something backwards when making the no low detail models option. And apparently the Chao are supposed to look like that

This guide is rather bad for multiple reasons. 1) using motion blur ruins the image quality and makes 60 fps look worse than the game running without motion blur. 2) If your gona use low detailed asstes your just using assets with lower textures than the wii so no it will not make the game look better. Lastly 3) the soft particles you can use reshade or something else to soften the effects better. Nothing you recommended actually fixes the ladder stepping anti aliasing, and other issues thats kinda hard coded into the game.

Honestly, the best thing you can do is adjust amd or nvidia grapghics in the control panel and set it so it overides the in game settings for true improvements.
