For the Scout wanderers, you gotta grind XP to get Scout.
Unfortunately for me, there's this "Ultimate Moonraker" I unlocked and don't know how to even use. If you have an autoclicker and a keyboard/controller, you can set up a layout to autofarm XP. Best if you have work and can bother to leave your PC on
