DTM 2014 Car Setup Hockenheim/Oschersleben
By -noRMSter-
Hey there, i found a really nice setup for the DTM 2014 cars the other day.
Actually it was meant for the BMW's on Hockenheimring but i also tried it on the Mercedes ones in Oschersleben- same effect.

My fastest times with this setup on Hockenheimring is 1:34.8 and in Oschersleben 1:22.7 so far btw.
I am also pretty sure there's no difference while using it for the Audi car.

Aerodynamics
- Splitter : 2
- Wing : 15 clicks

Anti rollbars
- Front : 88 N/mm
- Rear : 15 N/mm

Front/Rear suspension
- Toe in front/rear : 0.00 / 0.05
- Bump : 2 clicks / 3 clicks
- Rebound : 3 clicks / 4 clicks
- Springs : 140 / 150
- Camber : -4.0 / -2.8
- Ride height : 7.0cm / 8.5cm

Differential
- Power : 35 %
- Coast : 65%
- Preload : 5 clicks

Brakes & tires
- Brake pressure : 100%
- Brake bias : front 55/45 rear

Traction control and Gearing ratio is totally untouched.

I also tried that setup on the Hungaroring but that didn't work that well imo.

Happy racing,
Normie

Thanks man

I have found setting brake pressure around 80-85 takes away lock ups and really helps push into corners, in all racing games I have tried.

For all GT2 and less cars, I always start with Front at 2/3, Rear at 3/4 and stiffen the front spring or rollbar if it oversteers too much. Not sure why that isn't the default setup? :)

- Bump : 2 clicks / 3 clicks
- Rebound : 3 clicks / 4 clicks
