Report a translation problem
Just to confirm, try enabling the always indoors option. If it makes the bug 100% consistent then let me know, as that'll narrow it down for me.
Make sure "Always indoors" isn't enabled. If it persists, change the rain from Lua to particle mode. If it still has issues, send me screenshots of your issues.
Not a new bug. Happens for some reason on the first map load, but goes away after each subsequent map. I have no idea what causes it as it presents no errors. Best guess I have is it's an error in the render system that gets fixed once the map is changed.
