Description
Independents are troubled, which means this mod changes how often you can receive a new Quest from Independents by removing the minimum cooldown between Quests given and received.

Active Quests limit of Players is also increased from 5 to 255.

any way to do the opposite? i dont mind the whole quest system, but i fucking hate the way it spams the shit out of you. I rarely accept them, only when i have the time to finish it, so i'd greatly appreciate a mod that triples or even quadruples the length of time until a quest is given, and maybe up the rewards a bit to make it worth my time
