Ciao, prima di tutto vai nella cartella del gioco (la stessa di gta-vc.exe e testapp.exe) di solito si trova in: Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto Vice City

Ora non ti resta che scaricare la DLL e hai fatto!!!

Una volta che hai finito la tua cartella del gioco dovrebbe essere simile a questa:

Hi, first of all go in your game folder (same of gta-vc.exe and testapp.exe) usually is: Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto Vice City

Now simply download this dll and paste in that folder!
