A fix for the OpenAL32.dll file missing.

Steps

• Locate:
  (64 bit) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stealth Inc 2\_CommonRedist\OpenAL\2.0.7.0
  OR
  (32 bit) C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Stealth Inc
  
• Run oalinst.exe
  
• Press OK
  
• Done
