Bio

Goemon Ishikawa XIII is a fictional character created by Monkey Punch for his manga series Lupin III.
Goemon is the thirteenth generation of renegade samurai, a descendant of the historical figure Ishikawa Goemon.
He is famous for a reticent personality coupled by apparent unlimited skill in martial arts; a partner with Arsène Lupin III and Daisuke Jigen he tends to join their exploits only on a when-interested basis.
You could use it on Stealth, Loud, whatever you want.
This is my idea for a build based on this character, so don't be rude and don't act like common haters.

Skills & Perk

As Goemon, we have to run very fast, avoid bullets, hit enemies very hard with our Katana, stealthy or loudy.

Dodge or Grinder (I prefer Grinder)

Weapon & Equipment

Goemon was primarily based on the character Kyūzō, the master swordsman of Akira Kurosawa's film Shichinin no Samurai (The Seven Samurai)

You can't. You can cut cloakers heads, but only with a mod.
