Ever wanted to make Dungeon Siege easier? Then this is the place for you!

The Basics

These are a list of cheats/codes for Dungeon Siege and Dungeon Siege LOA. Keep in mind these will only work in singleplayer and not in multiplayer.

You will put a + in front of your command to enable it, and a - to disable it. Though, disabling only works for cheats which are reversible.

To use a cheat code, you'll open your chatbox and enter it there. (Hotkey: Enter)

Remastered 10/26/2022 to be more in-depth and fix a few things.

Cheats

+drdeath
Maxes all skills as well as strength, dexterity, and intelligence to level 150 each. This is irreversible.

+checksinthemail
Maxes your gold to 9,999,999. (Limit can be increased with mods)

+sixdemonbag
Gives you 3 summon spells of each magic type.

+potionaholic
Gives you 3 super health potions and 3 super mana potions.

+faertehbadgar
Gives you a whole assortment of starter items with the 'of the Badger' suffix. (+12 Health each.)

Reversible Cheats

+zool/-zool
Makes the selected character(s) invincible. Turns itself off after a cutscene or new chapter in the game, and would have to be re-entered.

+sniper/-sniper
Gives all weapons and spells, even your fists, a 100 meter range. Be aware this applies to enemies as well.

+shootall/-shootall
Allows the character(s) you are controlling to attack without needing to click on the enemies. Essentially "Attack Freely" with more steps.

+loefervision/-loefervision
Removes discovery fog from the map (Hotkey: Tab), making it all visible without needing to explore first. Using '-loefervision' brings this fog back.

+minjooky/-minjooky
Makes the selected character(s) small.

+maxjooky/-maxjooky
Makes the selected character(s) large.

Misc. Commands

+version
Shows the game version.

+rings/-rings
Enables/disables green selection rings under your character(s). (On by default)

+xrayvision/-xrayvision
Enables/disables in-game textures.

+resizelabels/-resizelabels
Makes character labels (Hotkey: L) slightly bigger or smaller. (On by default)

+gui/-gui
Shows/hides the game's in-game interface. (On by default)

+mouse/-mouse
Shows/hides your mouse cursor in-game. (On by default)

+movie
"Records" a 30 second movie-clip, essentially taking 30 screenshots per second for 30 seconds and puts them in your screenshots folder, located in your Dungeon Siege/Dungeon Siege LOA folder in your documents folder. (Windows) It's also really laggy lol

Bonus: Secret Area in LOA Map

This applies to both singleplayer and multiplayer.

The secret area is located very close to the entrance of the final cave area of the game. (Up the first set of stairs and to the right) However, the door will be closed. In order to gain access to this area, you must first go kill the Shadowjumper, and once you come back it will be unlocked.


Once the door is open, you'll take the elevator down there and then be in the secret area.


The area contains some 🔥 fire disco music 🔥 as well as a dance floor, a very old-fashioned car, and some people gathered around with a bar. Very 80's.

Speak to Disco Krug and he will drop you 2 very OP items, which are especially useful if playing multiplayer.
Note: The duration of the orb is only 1000 in vanilla DS:LOA.

So I swear that there was a disco room in the original Dungeon Siege. I believe you have to beat the game then go back to the Goblin Lair and there is a door that wouldn't open before and now does. Just me?

What does the hat do?

undead u sweet thing u can infinite farm with rip mana when u get up to the part of the 1st dungeon that has the skeleton captain if u run past u can flip the secret area switch and he will be stuck behind the stair case then just rip him of mana to your hearts content without danger easy to go from level 1 combat magic to lvl 20 in just a night of leaving the game going.

here is a way to get as powerful as hell and it isnt even a cheat, it will take forever to do but if your mad like me you could start the game and if you get the magic spell rip mana before you get to the crypt then equip the spell, its a level 1 combat magic spell and dirt cheap to cast. clear the area around the healing shrine near the crypt but keep one real low level enemy alive. no for the mad part. stand in the shrine so you heal, no it wont keep you alive forever at first so you will need some healing potions to get you through the start, later your hp pool just becomes too much for a single low level mob to take down. no you just sit back and watch, remember to heal if you have too but shouldn't need too really. doing this you will gain strength exp, dex and intelligence and your combat magic will keep going up in levels. if you dont get that one spell tho then just restart and hopefully it will drop

Have you gotten the chunky code to work? I remember it working like the year after the game came out, no install since on any PC has ever worked. Was the only cheat I used, loved chunky explosions. D:
