The Type-Zero Space Model 52 Cosmo Zero is a fighter plane specialized for space combat, although it does just as well within the atmosphere. Like most EDF ships, the fighter is heavily armed with self-propelled explosives. The first version was extremely effective against the Gamilas fleet, but was no match for the maneuverability of the Stingray fighter of the Comet Empire. Upgrades that follows aid the maneuverability to an extent in which the fighter could match the new hostile force.

In game the ship handles fast and fires just as quick.
