Increase Skills Faster with a Dagger and Shield

A lost chest has floated down river and is stuck near the bridge in Riverwood. Go get it before it floats away.

The chest contains unique enchanted items:
A shield to increase your block skill faster.
A dagger to increase your one handed skill faster.

The items may seem OP if you play novice difficutly, they are useful for legendary difficulty game settings.
