Think you're coming at the build wrong. You should make an Enchantress character. Suttle control over balls-to-the-wall type. Sneak, illusion, dagger, enchanting, alteration and speach. Get a follower or two. Amazing Follower Tweaks is good so you can setup the npc. Use followers that aren't with any faction also. Ware fur armor for the cold protection and don't put points into light armor.
