Achievement Guide for Abyss: The Wraiths of Eden

Here is a short Guide to all Achievements from Abyss: Wraiths of Eden.

Before you read...

I just want to say that my mothertounge isn't english so please tell me when something is wrong with my spelling or if you can't understand my explinations :). Only leave a comment if something isn't right or you have questions and I will change it! ^-^

Story Achievements

These are the Achievements you automatically achieve when you play through this game:

Pathfinder:

You unlock this achievement when you enter the area where you find the dynamite.

Escape Artist:

This one unlocks when you destroy the tendrils that bind you on the wall.

Nuttin' like a furry Friend:

You get this when feed the squirrel with the nuts that are hidden in the tree with the tree resin.

The Florist:

When you collect the flower for the cure of Robert you do get this one.

Say Cheese!:

When you scare the giant octopus with the flash powder you get this achievement.

Prison Break:

Just break out of the laboratory you were locked in and you'll get this one.

The whole story:

Complete the game in Expert mode.

The Rebel:

If you completed the game you can play the Bonus Level. You find it under Extras in the main menu. When you complet it, you get this Achievement.

Puzzle Achievements

Achievements you can get with Minigames/Puzzles:

Winners don't skip:

Only don't skip three Puzzles/Minigames in a row and you'll get this one.

Never a Skipper:

The same as the Achievement below only with all Minigames and Puzzles. Only don't skip any Minigame/Puzzle and you will get it.

Puzzle Mastermind:

Just solve one of the easy Puzzles/Minigames in less than 1 minute. I recommand the one in the sunken submarine because it goes very fast :).

Hidden Object Achievements

3-in-3:

Just try to find three hidden objects without clicking on them. If you have three hurry and click them in a row and you will achieve this one.

Marksman:

Just find the Objects without clicking around without a plan and you will reseive this one.

Quick Eye:

Try to be quick finding the objects. I recommand the one when you are tied up with the tendrils because you don't need to find that much objects.

Lady DIY:

Just don't use hints and try to find the objects all by yourself three times in a row. Domino counts also as a "Hint".

DIY Master:

The same as above. Just don't use Hints and Domino to complete the hidden object games in one walkthrough.

Domino Achievements

Here is a short explination for the Domino Game because without help it was confusing for me when I started this game. The Domino Game is a "Joker" for the Hidden Object parts. It's possible to start it when you are searching for Hidden objects (no matter how much you need to find) in the left corner of the screen. Your goal is to put Dominos on every shining Eden Logo and as more objects you need, the more Eden Logos are on the pitch.

Speed Reach:

Just start the domino game when you only have one or two Objects to find left and hurry to cover them.

Equally matched:

Solve the half of all Dominos. I recommand you to start a new game where you only make the Domino games because for the next achievement you need to solve all Domino games and it would be better to do them both in one Walkthrough

Game, Set, Match:

Look at the Achievement below.

If you have done all the Achievements on one profile you get this one for completing everything in the game.

To get the whole story achievement, you must finish the game on expert mode on your first playthrough.

How possibly can you get all achievos on one profile without playing the game TWICE? You can't, you need to devote one playthrough to HOS puzzles, and one to Dominos. Lame if you ask me.

For the do all dominos, can I just do hidden object until the last object, then switch to dominos and complete it?

Yes it is right. You have to play the game two times to get all achievements :/
