Replaces Ellis with Cole MacGrath from Infamous 2 (Note: Model is from the mobile game Playstation All-Stars Island)

Features:
Third-person model
First-person viewmodel
HUD Elements
Name change (Only if vpk is out of workshop folder)

Known Bugs / Missing Features:
Slightly buggy fingers
Twisted wrists
No boomer bile textures

I will continue working on this to hopefuilly remove these bugs and add more features. Any constructive criticism is appreciated.

Please note that this is my first successful survivor replacement after multiple attempts so there are issues here and there so please do not hesitate to bring them up.
