Murder matrix

A matrix to help find the murder during the game.
Preset with the important information.

How to use

This following matrix can be used to help to find the solution for the murder-case inside the game.
There are columns and lines. Each with a person or property.
Now use the hints from the game and fill the matrix.
It's best to print it the matrix out.

For example:
Nathan was the first on the chain
so cross the expected cell and mark the other cells horizional and vertically with dashes.
When all hints are processed the whole matrix should consist out of crosses and dashes and you can read the needed information out of it.

Hint:
If you have a cross in the line "shovel", you can transfer the dashes form the crossed column to the "shovel"-column.

Is there any chance that you could post a finished one as well, with the spoiler tag.

I must be missing something but I do not get a completed solution after processing all the clues.

What does "left of" in clue 4 mean btw? before or after in the chain?
