Adds four new sponsors/civilizations which stem from League of Legends, a popular MOBA. From Noxus we have the Noxian Legacy lead by Katarina duCouteau and from the Freljord we have the Avarason Tribe lead by Ashe, descendant of Avarosa and from Shurima we have the Ancient Shuriman Empire lead by Azir. Also, the Mods newest edition, the Ionian Republic lead by the enlightened Karma.

Noxian Legacy - Generator and Plantation Improvements yield an additional +1 Culture. +35% Combat Bonus for your Units when against Larger Civilizations.

Avarosan Tribe - Ice tiles yield +3 Science and + 2 Production in your territory. Automatically unlock Physics technology at the start of the game.

Ancient Shuriman Empire - Start the game with a Sand Acolyte unit. It is a strong mobile unit that gives 40 Energy on unit kills but can never be reproduced. +5 Energy for each Foreign Trade Partner.

Ionian Republic - Cities gain additional territory when founded. River tiles yield +1 Food and +1 Science in your territory.
