Going to the game files
To go to the games files go to program files (x86), steam, SteamApps, common, batman arkham origins, SinglePlayer, BMGame, config, BMEngine. (This is for windows 7)
Making the cutscenes run normal
After you've done the first step go edit in the BMEngine thing then click on find and type allow keep pressing findnext untill you find "AllowD310 and Allowd3d11" make both of them false (backup files before doing this) then exit and press save. the game should be in dx9 mode, start a new game and the cutscenes should be running normal.
