(OUTDATED) Early-Game Molten Armor

AS OF 1.4, THIS GUIDE IS NOW OBSOLETE. The Reaver Shark has been nerfed from pickaxe power 100 to 59! It's worth noting that it's still a pretty valuable tool.
A guide to get Molten Armor without having to defeat any pre-Hardmode bosses.

Hello there! This is my first guide ever on Steam, and I hope you'll find it useful. I was playing Terraria when I suddenly noticed this trick you can use to skip part of the pre-Hardmode game, and I wanted to share it with you. Enjoy!

How to get it

To mine Hellstone and Obsidian (to make the Molten Armor), you need a Pickaxe with at least 65% pickaxe power. This means that in order to mine these materials, you must get at least a Nightmare /Deathbringer pickaxe. That means having to beat both the Eye of Cthulhu and the Eater of Worlds (if your world has Corruption), or the Brain of Cthulhu (if your world has Crimson). But there is a way to get a Pickaxe with 100% pickaxe power without having to beat any of these bosses.

How?
The item you can see in the picture is called the Reaver Shark[terraria.gamepedia.com], and it has 100% pickaxe power, which means it mines a lot faster than all of the other pre-Hardmode pickaxes and it's also able to mine Hellstone and Obsidian.

How to get it?
It can be obtained through Fishing. Chance to catch it is 1:100 with 50% Fishing power and 1:50 with 100% Fishing Power (taken from the wiki). I myself obtained it using the Sitting Duck's Fishing Pole, and using regular worm bait, in the Ocean. Sure, fishing may take patience and maybe some luck, but it's definitely better than setting up an arena to fight the bosses. Up to you!

Reinforced Fishing Pole (8 Iron/Lead Bars)
Enchanted Nightcrawler (Worm + Fallen Star)

This will bring your fishing power up to 50%.
