This game is still in development. From what I can recently remember, Yandere Dev said he finished designing the overall layout of the school/map and implemented most of the club features. Next he said, he is focusing on testing out new rival elimination methods before introducing the first official rival in the game, Osana-chan. Currently there are no canon rivals the player can interact with, or more precisely, eliminate. Therefore the game is currently not an official game yet, not even a beta version. It is still a sandbox debug build. Yandere Dev has hinted that will change in the coming few months after all the necessary elimination methods have been implemented.
