Serious Sam 3: BFE Extra Life Sound

For when you need a little laugh after each serious massacre. Replaces the original extra life sound with the one in Serious Sam 3: BFE.

Note: Sound doesnt play when you get enough points - thought it would. Might as well get on that.
Edit: It's been confirmed that the engine doesn't have support for modifying score rewards, and therefore I can't add the sound to when the right score is achieved. Maybe a more direct approach is required...
