La Victoria is my fictional city set somewhere along California coast. It combines different real-world heightmaps, but some parts are hand terraformed. I'm quite happy of the result! =)

I created two files for your convenience: the map and the savegame with tunnels built outside the allowed area, so this map requires 81 Tiles mod to work properly. Unfortunately, due to the outside connections limit some highways and rail tracks are dead end at the moment, so I focused on the main arterial networks connecting to the outside world. Hoping for a mod to fix this soon.
