Important

Relations impact of the dilemmas are not permanent just like the consequences of the events, and lower over time. For example, I have said yes to GM Food proposal gives 3% capitalist happiness, but it lowers to 1,29% after several turns.

However, some impact such as Software Patent on GDP and technology will stay,
