Rushers
Rushers
You seen these before. They immediately start running to wherever the cheese is and take any and every opportunity to get to the hole first, whether it be a stray clean mouse bubble or a shaman's platform adjacent to the platform that has the cheese, which the shaman clumsily forgot to add a c-nail. These types of players are usually well rounded to the game and it's physics, but fail when they throw themselves in when the plank doesn't hold to the other plank.
Casual
Casual
Casual:
Your normal average transformice players. They wait until it is safe to
get the cheese so that they don't end up dying and wasting the round
when the shaman actually does build across to where the cheese is.
They are also the ones that regularly get 3rd-12th.
AFK
AFK's:

The big elephant in the room of transformice servers. They are, unfortunately, easy to find. Whether they're in a deep guild chat, looking through the shop accessories, or just not around the keyboard, they're always just there doing absolutely nothing. Either they eventually come back or are kicked by the transformice "AFK too long" system.
New Players (a.k.a n00bs, sourises)
Noobies:
They're the new players around, and there's so much of them... Why
wont anyone teach them? Short answer is transformice. Anyways, they're
mice that can barely move, can't walljump, and on rare occasions, they
don't know that you are supposed to go to the cheese and back to the
hole for points, and don't know how to use chat.
Frontrunners/Statpadders

Frontrunners are basically players who make it their goal to be first. To be the first one in the hole with the cheese and get that +16. They wont take a silver or bronze any day of the week. They will always take the most fastest path. They rarely screw up, but when the do screw up, they usually give up, because they want their first to cheese ratio too look too pro! These types of players are common normally and pretty much live in the Racing rooms.
Event Traders

Traders are mice that enjoy trading items ever since the first time this update was first put into place. They usually advertize what they got for something some other potential trader has. These kinds of mice appear most often during events, espically the christmas event.
Troll Shamans

Troll Shamans, are people that when they get chosen to be a shaman, the give the mice a bad time. Troll Shamans usually do stuff like blocking the hole, not doing anything, encouraging blatant favoritism, or straight up killing the mice. Troll shamans are kind of a rare occurence now, but back then, they were all over the place.
Community Chatters

These are mice that have more interest in the community of Transformice than the game itself. Conversation go from anywhere to why people are still watching "Justin Bieber - Baby" to questioning why the anvil god map was removed from vanilla Transformice. Good thing they music rooms and Room 801 to socialize in.

If anyone has an idea for a better picture, please tell me what.
Hackers
There are several different kind of hackers in Transformice, and I will be going over each of them.

Sneaky/Tryhard Hacker These mice use hacks not for fun, but for personal gain, including logging on into an actual account, abusing their flyhack and TP to mouse so stealthly to look like that it was legit. Sometimes these kind of hackers are less sneaky and just straight up abuse their hacks to get 1st in 2 seconds. The less sneaky get banned quickly, and hackers like these usually have many alts.

Fun Hacker These kinds don't use hacks for personal gain, but just to screw around. Whether it be showing off them standing in mid air, or spawning any item instantly without being shaman. These are more fun to be around, because they usually put on quite a show.
Tryhards
To sum it up simply, tryhards are people that play games not to have fun, but to win. Translate this to transformice. They go for firsts even more than Statpadders, they are inconsistant as shaman (some get mice to cheese and hole as fast as possible, others just troll shaman), they usually either wear little to none or an overload of styles of clothing, and generally they like to spread salt to see how others would react, but don't do it full-time. Some play transformice A LOT.
Conclusion
This is the end of my guide.
Thanks you for reading my first guide ever!

Well I'm afraid you forgot:
- the bootcamp farmers (changing every 5min for an easy map)
- the bootcamp record monks (I have names)
- the casual bootcampers
- the pro shaman from the late #shaman room
- the V-only shaman
(in these 2 categories, not ppl just being good shamans in normal rooms but actually playing only shaman maps with others players and usually being way better than your average "pro shaman")
- the insane map maker (I could give names away)
- the crappy map maker
- the farmer (especially the vanilla farmer) -> you mentioned the statpadders but the amount of mice one saves used to be taken into account for the leaderboard (and was at least as important as the firsts counter)! and the firsts/cheeses/saves-against-played-rounds ratios too...
Flacanaille 24. pro. 2021 v 20.11
- the ratio monks -> accounts played only when the BR server was filling itself or after server crashes so they got to be shaman within 2 or 3 rounds and then be shaman again thanks to the points from all their saves, so that they had save ratios of 600% or so
in this latter category there was also people who would only play one round per room because it would not count as a round played and so they could reach firsts/cheeses-against-played-rounds ratios greater than 100% (before this was fixed)
- the top model (player mainly into the shop, the furs, etc.)
- the competitor: playing mainly competitions, either alone or with their tribe
- the Lua developper: mainly developping Lua Modules

But anyway, there are no more Transformice players so I guess all these categories will just vanish eventually. :(

I'm the kind of player who always get in 2nd or 3rd place but never in 1s

You missed one. The Headboppers. They're people that wait for other players/friend and they bop their heads to each other and tend to use silly emotes to express themselves.

We've all been a New Player! And to this day, I still teach them the basics of how to shaman, how to wall-jump and so on. Overall though, I am a Casual xD

I literally leave rooms if I get too close to being a Shaman. I wish I could have a little option that says "Don't ever pick me for shaman." I just don't enjoy the responsibility lol
