I actually prefer a full 5 jump shuffle at the beginning, it sets up some really tight timing for shotguns and charge shots in the 4th or 5th hit later on.
Also, just to clarify a point for "The true shotgun", this is the part that my friends and I call "spin to win", because the fastest way to shotgun isn't to let go of the fire button and press it again, it's to spin in place, which you can do here by pressing down, or by pressing right... I think...
