Borderless Windowed Mode / Alt+Tab Fix
By Jadarma
For most people, Oblivion prevents users to open the window after Alt+Tab-ing from Fullscreen Mode, and does not feature a Borderless Fullscreen mode. No more! This simple guide will change that, allowing to run the game in Borderless Mode in under two minutes!

Introduction
I'm sure this happened to all of you at some point. You are on skype with your friends or listening to some podcasts while playing Oblivion and you need to Alt+Tab for a second. After that, when you try to get back into the game, you are greeted with the in-game audio and a black screen, forcing you to end the proccess with Task Manager. But playing in Windowed mode sucks! I don't want to see Windows UI elements! This simple guide will fix the problem.
Downloading Tool
In order to achieve what we want, we will need to download the Borderless Windowed Tool made by YouTuber TeHypno. The links are found in the video description, but for your convenience I will also post them here:

Configuration
Step #1: Installing the Tool
The tool itself does not need to be installed, but once you have downloaded the .zip, extract it into a folder for safekeeping. I recommend the C:\Program Files (x86)\Borderless Fulscreen\ folder.

Step #2: Tweaking the Oblivion.ini
The program we are using makes it fullscreen borderless, but won't adjust the resolution, so we have to do that ourselves. Open the Oblivion.ini file found in C:\%User%\My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\ folder and search and modify the following parameters as shown below:

iLocation Y=0
iLocation X=0
bFull Screen=0
iSize W=1920
iSize H=1080
iFPSClamp=60

Note: The iSize W and iSize H should be adjusted to the resolution of your monitor.
Note: iFPSClamp should be set to your monitors refresh rate to avoid tearing or GPU coil whine if generating too many frames. Basically, a sort of V-Sync, since you cannot enable it in windowed mode.

Step #3: Applying the fix
Enter the application. You should now have it present in the system tray. Right click on it and select "Settings". A window should now pop-up. Set it aside for now. Now, open up Oblivion and go to the main menu. Alt tab to the Tool Window from a moment ago. Click on the Add button. A list of processes should open up. Find and select Oblivion. You should now see it in the list next to the button. Close the window, and go into the game again.

Step #4: You're Done!
Now, as long as the tool is running in the system tray, whenever you enter Oblivion, you will be entered automatically in Borderless Fullscreen mode (only if the game opens in windowed mode) by the time you enter the main menu. For convenience, you can add the program to your start-up list, so you never have to know it exists anymore, and it will keep working. You can also use this method for other games, that lack this feature. I hope I helped you all!

Game has always worked perfectly fine Alt+Tab-ing for me. But I also play with the unofficial patch.

I never had a problem Alt + Tab-ing out of fullscreen mode, but I also have the Unofficial Patch installed, so maybe that has a fix?

It seems the only link doesn't work.

So this seems to mostly work however I've noticed that in game I'm seeing two cursors: one is the normal Oblivion style cursor and the other is my Windows loading circle cursor. The Windows cursor is placed off to the side of the Oblivion cursor and it, of course moves along with the Oblivion cursor whenever I use my mouse.

Has anyone else had this problem?
