How I Got "A Matter Of Honor" Achievement!

This is the path I took to get the achievement "A Matter Of Honor"! I didn't realize that you could get this achievement so early in the game, so everything after Week 17 can be all up to you! This is my first guide, so please inform me if there are any problems with it, and more importantly, enjoy! :D

Weeks 1 - 5

For those that only wanted to get "A Matter Of Honor", congratulations! You've got it! You may now do anything you want! Some things to keep in mind, Elodie is affected by Cruelty, she has NO Economics skills, NO Animal Handling skills! A civil war might start and you may be killed by poison chocolates if you don't change your ways! Unless you want those things... Anyways, good luck and have fun!

It turns out I had two different problems which were preventing the achievement from completing; one being brain failure on my part, and the other being a problem with Steam Beta which was partially fixed in today's update. For my part, I had tried once and some outfits did not drop. I tried a second time to be sure with the same result, at which time I wrote my now deleted message (now that things work I don't want anyone seeing the all caps bold "outdated" and pass this EXCELLENT GUIDE up).

After reading your reply I decided to give it one last go, and the outfits dropped as they were supposed to, but still the achevement wasn't registering. I decided to see if achivements were working in other games, and

they weren't. I then filed a bug report with the Steam Beta dev team. It turned out a conflict between a "quest" in the summer sale sticker book and the achevements was causing the achevements not to post on some machines. Today's update fixed the achievement posting problem, but not the sticker book problem. I couldn't care less about the sticker book, so I'm happy.

I'm also glad to report that THIS IS THE BEST ACHEVEMENT WALK THROUGH GUIDE
I've seen for this game. Adding thumbs up and favoriting!

@Inanimate_Object_Unleashed Thanks for your comment! I just playtested this guide and was able to meet all the requirements to challenge someone to a duel. Again, from the playtest, I can confirm that the Scholar Outfit will be awarded on the 4th week if you follow thoroughly. Since I already had the "A Matter of Honor" achievement when I playtested, I'm not sure if it will unlock for someone who doesn't have it. Maybe you could try going through this guide again to see if you get the achievement this time? If you still don't manage to get it, let me know so I can tweak the guide!
