Puzzle solutions and Flowers

Here are a few solutions to some of the puzzles and a list for where to find the flowers.
Edit: The guide has been updated regarding the locations of the flowers. Images has been added and the list is rearranged.

Puzzles (a few)

The solution for the Laundry room's door puzzle.

The solution for the puzzle in the Subway Station that opens the train.
10, 15, 14, 6

The solution for the puzzle in the Gas Station. It also rewards you with the achievement A Hair's Breadth From Death.

The puzzle with the mouse and the cheese is rather easy. Start with the right-most cheese and continue to the left.

The puzzle in the Laboratory with the blue and red electrical (Tesla) chips. There are several solutions, here's one of mine.

The code to open the door in the Laboratory Junction is 1, 3, 5, 10, 11 in Roman numerals (I, III, V, X, XI).

The last puzzle with the gas/flames.

I passed the photo shop nothing ... I am at the railroad before entering teh lab

It's been a year since I last played so I don't quite remember where you are in the game. If you've found the area with the photo store, sometimes before finding the entry to the lab (with the railway?) then the tree/flower should have triggered.

I am at the part when you out the gate right after you shot the fence for the bulleyes achievement ... Have not seen all teh tree arounds the building yet?

I got it after the flooded bus but before the photo store. I don't know when the earliest moment you can get it is, though, or what triggers it. Certainly before entering the lab.

How do you get the hirudo flower ... I keep going back to the area but there is nothing like the picture? When should I got back?
