I've got it now. Knossos works wonders for this game and fixed the lack of immersion from my Force Feedback 2 Joystick! Awesome!!

Knossos is the one you want, trust me.

Okay, I will give Knossos launcher a try now. But I also found this Freespace 2 launcher. I would attach a screenshot of it to this message if I knew how.

It lets you use the Freespace Open project mods! https://fsnebula.org/knossos/

What the heck is Knossos? What does the launcher look like?

Hey you don't need to install drivers. What you DO need to do is make sure force feedback is enabled in the launcher you're using, like Knossos.

Hi Brian,

I own a Force Feedback 2 Joystick just like yours. I downloaded Freespace 2 through Steam. My laptop runs on Windows 10. However, I was not able to install the two disk that came with my joystick. You know, the original drivers that have the 98 Windows logo on it.

I get no feedback from the games different interactions. E.G. firing weapons, collisions, getting hit, etc.

What is going on? What should I do?
