These shields are constructible and can be upgraded with Void Salts and disenchanted.

-one shield with enchantment(Konahrik) has a chance to trigger a variety of effects when the wearer's health is reduced below 10%. Most commonly, it restores a large portion of the wearer's health. In addition to the first effect, it can also provide you with a Flame Cloak lasting for 15 seconds. Very rarely, the shield can summon a spectral dragon priest that will aid you in combat for 60 seconds,can be improved with Void Salts

-one shield with (Archmage's Robe) enchantmentprovide boosts to all magic based skills except Enchanting, plus bonuses to magicka and magicka regeneration

All spells cost 15% less to cast, +50 magicka, and magicka regenerates 100% faster:
Fortify Alteration, 15 pts
Fortify Conjuration, 15 pts
Fortify Destruction, 15 pts
Fortify Restoration, 15 pts
Fortify Illusion, 15 pts
Regenerate Magicka, 100 pts
Fortify Magicka, 50 pts
