Each banner gets awarded as your team wins a Monthly Final. If it's your first time winning a Final, you'll get the first winners banner.

For each Monthly Final you win after that, we have another banner, up to 5 in total. As you can see below, if you have won 5 Monthly Finals (overall), you'll get the banner with 5 stars on it.
