How Unlocks Work & Unlockable Robe List - Magicka 2

This guide will give you a basic rundown on how unlocks work in Magicka 2 as well as listing the unlockable robes for each chapter.

How it works

If you're like me, you might have tried running through the levels again on normal looking for secrets or things that you'd missed. While this is the case for some of the unlockables, unlockables in Magicka 2 are mainly collected by completing the chapters on higher difficulties.

As far as I can tell, you get half the unlockables for completing a chapter on normal, an extra quarter of the unlockables for completing the chapter on hard and the last quarter of them for completing the chapter on "Bananas" difficulty. Anything leftover is a secret or something you've missed.

Chapter 1

Completing Chapter 1 on Hard nets you the Brown skin for the original Wizard Robe, as well as the Black skin for the Astronomers Robe.




















































Completing Chapter 1 on "Bananas" difficulty nets you the Death skin for the original Wizard Robe, as well as the Pink skin for the Astronomer's Robe.

Chapter 2

Completing Chapter 2 on Hard difficulty nets you this melon skin for the Feskar Robe.


























Completing Chapter 2 on "Bananas" Difficulty nets you these skins for the original Wizard Robe and Feskar Robe respectively.

Chapter 3

Completing Chapter 3 on Hard nets you the Orange skin for the Pyromaniac Robe.

Chapter 4

Completing Chapter 4 on Hard nets you the "Vanir" skin for the Vanir Robe.

Chapter 5

Completing Chapter 5 on Hard nets you the "Party Pink" skin for the Vanir Robe.

Chapter 6

Completing Chapter 6 on Hard nets you the "Crunch Nougat" skin for the Robin Robe.

Unfortunately a late response but just to let you know that all of those robe skins you see on the artstation are actually unlockable. You need to finish trials and challenges on all difficulties to get them all. Although you can skip to hardest difficulty for a specific map and you will retroactively get all skins and game modifiers.

Here's a noobie question (one of many i have lol)... once you unlock the items. how do i equip them? i noticed after completing a chapter i got lots of items unlocked but don't see any way to equip the stuff. Also, is there someway to see the stats of worn or un worn items? Thx
