I think he fits better with the charger than the tank

His voice is from OMK

Note: I'm sorry for the delay, i had to finish the geth voice for Rochelle's main file but now i can continue with more Umineko voice mods :D

Also his voice was so quiet when i tested so thats why he voices are louder kinda like Eva (i still find her fun to kill XD)

his voice is loud in the mod testing map but in gameplay it's different well that how i heard it
