Ogre 2: End Times

Omschrijving
Ogre 2 takes place 12 years after previous events. Turkum, the Ogre Lord, is dead. But a new Evil is growing deep within Mt. Shwaab. One so ancient, that it threatens humanity itself.

You play as Prince Urdril. Alone. Presumed dead. Now a slave to the Night-Dwellers. As you sit in your prison cell, a note is pushed through the door. And so your journey into Darkness begins..

..and the fate of the world rests in your hands.

Important:

Do not create or import custom party. You start the game as Prince Urdril.

Tip: There is only ONE mortar/pestle in the game. DO NOT LOSE IT! Remember this when
you come to the 'Stealer Sanctuary' level..

I am stuck on level 6. I put the 3 blue gems in there place to open one of the gates. I have now cleared out that section but can't get into one section behind a gate. I came across one wall button and one pressure plate that can only be tripped by standing on it. Don't see any difference when either pushing the wall button or stepping on the plate. Am I missing something? Can't go any where now. I have double checked all walls for other buttons/switches. Help please.

Hi again, subaquat. Sorry so long getting back to you. 1400 people have view my question as regards your problem, and no-one has had this issue. I can only assume that you have an earlier version? v1.2 on here and nexusmods is the final version.

Cant get my head around your problem. Tested it again today and everything works as it should. Ive posted on the Grimrock forum to see if anyone else has experienced this issue. Will get back to you.asap.

Perhaps there's a bug in my version, system defence is still active also in th 13level with the green spiders.

Not sure what you mean regarding the Books etc as they all upgrade your skills when used. You refer to the level with the countdown/poison gas. Is this Level 12 Temple Security Section with the klaxon? If so, I've just run throught the level to test it. Once the 5 minute countdown ends the poison gas starts. BUT the SECURITY LEVER at the end of the level (Northwest corner), DOES TURN OFF THE GAS AND STOP THE COUNTDOWN, as well as open the secret door to the level below. There is no more gas. I ran around the level, testing the different components just to be sure, but the lever works as intended, by stopping the gas and countdown. So I'm a bit confused as to where you are, and why you are having this problem.

hi, Death blade have no effect. Sorry, i employed "scroll" word instead of "book", then "it's not needed to be skilled enough to use books to be upgraded.". Lever to open the wall of poison gaz level stop the sound of countdown but not the gaz (even if you are in the under level)

Thanks for your comments. The Death Blade should absorb the enemies life points and transfer it to the user (it is a clone of the assassin_dagger and should work the same way). The scroll of Healing heals your party more each time your spellcraft points increase. "Not flesh nor skull.." The answer is bone. Use bone amulet to open door. Hope this helps. George

Hi, thanks for this mode very pleasant to play. One or two bugs: special dague do not heal, it is no needed to be skill enough to use scrolls to be upgraded.
don't know what to do face to door "Not flesh nor skull ..."
