I'd consider this pretty scary: http://snappa.static.pressassociation.io/assets/2015/08/12050040/1439241090-56a65fe062a09ff04a1e26b3ca5ae307-600x397.jpg
From a third person view, and especially from a wide angle, it makes an animal look smaller than it actually is. Oh, and Spinosaurus would suffer too, even if we assume it was bipedal: {COLLEGAMENTO RIMOSSO}https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjE89-a2P_XAhViLcAKHbOUCeQQjRwIBw&url=https%3A%2F%2Ffranoys.deviantart.com%2Fart%2FGiant-predatory-dinosaurs-comparison-616409616&psig=AOvVaw3m-i8sJMDrS3OJt_uUjjRM&ust=1513003714572486
Now DeviantArt isn't a source, but he's used reliable measurements, and has created skeletals comparable to Scott Hartman, an actual Paleontologist, and his figures are comparable too.
PS: A lot of these guys would suffer, I doubt any of these guys could survive a rocket...
So unless you think the game's Carnotaurus is 4.2 times bigger than the real one, than the rex is far larger, as mass is generally used as a measurement of size (e.g. Giraffes and Reticulated Pythons are taller and longer than Elephants respectively, but the Elephant is far larger), as its easier to measure and indicative of volume. You wouldn't say the T. rex is about two times larger than the human here (1.8 m vs 3.45 metres)...its around a hundred times larger.
