Description
The Dead Space Necromorph, not sure what type of enemy this one was.

Originally used for Counter-Strike Source, updated for Garry's Mod.

Credits - Visceral Games for the game and creating the model.
Unknown ripper, but thank them regardless.

Also good for Halloween.
