Major Missables
(In order)

1. Letter to Baslam
After reaching Port Rimorge and talking to Baslam, head to the Rehda side of the bridge and speak to the rehda there to get the letter. Then, take the letter to Baslam, he will give you 30 gold, then head back to the rehda who gave you the letter to get a Seed of Power. This must be done before defeating Zonplas.

2. Thief's Glove
After defeating Zonplas (the boss that gives you the red sword), but before defeating Ud-Meiyu (the boss that gives you the gold sword), there will be a man named Xaxon at the save point near the Port Rimorge side of the bridge. Destroy all the plant monsters which appear in the area to the north of the bridge, then talk to Xaxon then talk to Lloyd (who is in Baslam's house), and Lloyd will give you a Thief's Glove, which increases gold earned from monsters.

3. Bell of Silence
There are 3 special bonus mini-bosses, one is a plant, one is a bee, and one is a jellyfish. Defeating the plant and the jellyfish give you nothing, but the bee gives you the Bell of Silence, which allows you to damage hard shelled enemies. The bee is located in Canaan Plains. To get to it, go to the Port Rimorge/Plains savepoint, then go North, then North again, then West, then follow the path. Once you defeat "Elizabeth" (the frog-lizard you fight on the boat), the 3 mini-bosses get replaced by harder versions of themselves, which yield different treasures. If this happens you can no longer acquire the Bell of Silence.

4. Pirates' Firewater
After beating Orjugan (the boss of Limewater-Cave), you will meet Dogi, Terra, and the pirates. In their ship is a chest containing Firewater. The Firewater itself is not missable; the ship it is on just disappears for a while, then reappears in the Port Rimorge docks near the end of the game. However, it is important to give the firewater to the right person. There are two people you can give the Firewater to, Toksa and Carmine. Do *NOT* give the Firewater to Carmine.

5. Gold Locket
In the Rehdan village, find the rehda named Toksa and give him the Firewater, he will give you the Gold Locket. If you gave the Firewater to Carmine, you cannot get this item.

6. Lucky Silver Coin
Once you get the Gold Locket, talk to Carmine (the man in blue at the inn) and he will give you the Lucky Silver Coin. There is no time window on this, but if you have not done steps 4 and 5 correctly, you will miss this item.

7. Romun Key
This must be acquired during the rescue mission on the Romun Fleet Ships. There are actually *TWO* keys so be sure to get both. (Only one is missable). Once you defeat "Elizabeth" (the frog-lizard), there will be a cutscene where Geis attacks the Admiral. Search his body to collect the Romun Key.

8. Starlight Medal, etc
There are 4 chests in the Romun Fleet Ships, and they can only be opened with the Romun Key. They must be opened before completing the mission by escaping with Terra and Olha. Three of the chests contain 10,000 gold (each), and one of them contains the Starlight Medal. The chest containing the Starlight Medal is located up three flights of stairs from the room with the savepoint. The Starlight Medal increases the amount of experience points gained from defeating enemies.

9. Emel Mallet
(can be gotten earlier)
While you can get this at any time, you need to have a Capla Water to do so. The last Capla Water can be found in the Ruined City of Kishgal. Give the Capla Water to Agu, the blue haired rehda in Port Rimorge. Normally he is at the inn, but at the end of the game he is south of the pikkard pen.

10. Point of no Return
Once you reach the endgame, there is a savepoint in a room called the Wyvern's Corridor. If you go past the savepoint and take the Wyvern to the area with the three final bosses, you will come across another savepoint. If you save there, or at the savepoint after it, you can never return in that particular file.
Minor Missables
(In order)

1. Seed of Vitality: Talk to Olha after defeating the first boss.
2. Seed of Power: (See 1: Letter to Baslam in Major Missables)
3. Seed of Defense: Talk to Olha twice after collecting the first Mirror-Fragment
4. Seed of Power: Talk to Olha twice after collecting the second Mirror-Fragment
5. Seed of Power: Talk to Terra at the Port Rimorge docks. (This must be done before looking into the completed Mirror).

*. Final Minor Missable: There are a limited number of Capla Waters in the game, if you use one you can never get it back. Also, if you use the Daylight Stone, you can never get it back either.

I just played this game again, most missables are hinted at by NPCs and the point of no return is clearly marked as such, with a savepoint before and after. Also, no missable item is relevant for achievements, they are there to make the game easier

@Vaughnroad6: How? Missables and point of no returns are not exclusive to that RPG...

Most of these missable items aren't mandatory to finish it anyway.

this game is so badly designed :/

Thanks, maybe it would be nice to include at least the location of the bee in the guide?
It's a pretty good guide by the way, thanks for creating it.

To get to the Bee, use the Wing of Alma to warp to Port Rimorge/Plains. Then go North into the area "Canaan Plains". Once there, take the North exit, then the West exit, then follow the path to the North exit and you will encounter the boss. You will know you're getting close when you run into small bee-like enemies.

As for the other bosses, the Plant is in Quatera Woods in the "dangerous area", and the Jellyfish is in Limewater Cave.

Where the heck are these mini-bosses? Kinda important to know since they have a missable item!

Speaking of those three field mini bosses
the three items those monsters drop when they get replaced by stronger vers are
Emelas Leg Guards(Def +5 HP regen standing still) Jellyfish
Emelas Gloves(STR/DEF +5) Bee
Emelas Crown(HP +50%)Plant
I was over lvld so they practicaly didnt do too much damage on me. But the acc are worth it.
Before fighting the Jellyfish however i highly reccomend getting the Winged God Emblem necklace first it prevents all status ailments.
Obtained by collecting all tabulus, having the poet decipher them and give them to him and he will give you the Emblem.

Majunun is a fkn monster. You need to be atleast close Max lv(57-60) with all these gud acc and max Sword Lvs to even have a slim chance against it.
Even now im doing shit damage on it. Just 1s.
I'm not sure what the Eldian Orb in the chest of its boss room does exactly. I just grabbed and bolted out of the room. Not sure if it drops another item when killed since I cant even scratch it right now.

Perhaps there should be mention of when you've missed a certain item. I just missed the seed of power because I beat the second boss, and I still thought I could get it :/
