What is it?

This is an ever expanding list of game enhancements for MKKE that are difficult to do by
editing the game.

This Mod does the following

-Adds the bosses as Playable Characters
-Adds retro costumes for the bosses
-Uses the New Boss Portraits and New HD vs pics.
-Adds a Ladder mode ending animation for Goro, Kintaro and Shao Kahn
-Adds Endings (no audio) for the bosses
-Changes the "Press Space" message to "Press Start"
-Changes "Noob" to "Noob Saibot"
-Removes "BUG_ME" message when practicing Kintaro and Goro's fatalities.
-Adds The Hidden "Classic" characters to the playable Roster
-Gives the Classics and DLC characters alt costumes.
-Fixes the Infamous "palette swap" glitch for the Classics
-Adds Proper portraits, ladder images and vs jpgs for all Classics
-Removes "BUG_ME" character name when selecting the Classics
-Adds alt costumes for the DLC characters and Retro Csotumes for Rain and Skarlet
-Adds alt costumes for the Classic characters.
-Adds Chameleon and Khameleon

Installation

------------
Copy the contents of this rar to your disccontentpc folder.

Configuration

-------------
You will find a UMKKE.ini in the umk cfg folder. It is highly commented.

Usage

------
Run the game via the new UMKKE.exe, which will launch the game and setup the hacks.

Current Hacks

-------------
Shang Tsung XRay Morphs:

Doing an enhanced soul steal will morph you into different characters, depending upon
how high your x-ray meter is. Due to game programming limitations this will NOT work
on Bosses or another Shang Tsung. You CAN morph into those characters though. Also
understand that morphing into a classic character will hide your x-ray bar.

Chameleon/Khameleon Morphs:

Doing a Mimic Stun will morph Chameleon into a random male ninja, or Khameleon
into a random female ninja. Due to game programming limitations this will NOT work
on Bosses or another Chameleon/Khameleon. Unlike shang an enhanced attack isn't
required and there is zero delay, so you can morph again as soon as you are morphing back.
The move is mostly unblockable, but if the opponent blocks it just right not only will
they cancel the move, but refill their health bar. YIKES!

Boss Nekropolis:

The Boss Nekropolis allows the main nekro to be swapped with an alternate one, allowing
for the lookup of stats on the bosses and secret characters. To swap them out simply hold
start at the main menu until you hear a laugh. Hold start again to swap them back.

Important Tips that don't go anywhere else:

1. The Boss endings don't have sound, but they do have text! Turn on subtitles in the game options.
2. The classic characters and chameleons do NOT have endings. Don't try to select them!
3. The black slots in the nekropolis are blank for a reason.
4. The morph hacks only work in single player or player vs player matches... the do NOT work in tag matches!
5. Morphs don't work on bosses! It's a game limitation!

Debug

-----
If you alt tab back to the desktop you'll find a small MK logo in your taskbar. Click on this
to open the debugger which gives you the current status of the hacks.

Also when the game ends, a umkke_log.txt is printed posting the last known stats.

How to properly install UMK 3.2

Installation (game version 1.07)

YOU ARE MOST LIKELY THIS VERSION

-------------
-{LINK REMOVIDO}Download the UMK 3.2 rar file from Mksecrets

-Download the version 1.06 exe[www.mksecrets.net]

-Rename your current MKKE.EXE, found in your /DiscContentPC/ folder to "MKKE BACKUP 1.07.EXE"

-Now copy the newly downloaded 1.06 exe and place it in the same folder as your original

-IT WILL NOW BE RECOGNIZED AS THE ORIGINAL EXE

-Unpack the UMK 3.2 rar

-Copy it's contents to a folder on the same drive as your STOCK install of MKKE 1.07

-Do NOT copy the installer contents in the same folder as the exe! Copy them to ANOTHER
FOLDER ON THE SAME DRIVE.

-COPY THE "MKKE.EXE.DIFF" and "INSTALLER" TO THE "DATA" FOLDER OF THE INSTALLER FROM THE /ver1.06/DATA/ FOLDER.

-Run the installer app.

DO NOT DELETE THE INSTALLER APP OR ITS DATA INCASE YOU WISH TO UNINSTALL




Installation (game version 1.06)

-Do NOT copy the installer contents in the same folder as the exe! Copy them to ANOTHER

-Run the installer app.

use this installer

with this exe and take out the oringal from your Mortal Kombat directory.

I've had the worst luck getting this mod to work, perhaps I'm doing it wrong but when I open the game I don't get past the logos before the game crashes and tells me "<?(null)?Core.Errors.OpenFailed?>". I want to use this mod so badly but I just can't seem to get it to work
