There are three trees with numbers scratched into them, I, II, and III. Each of the trees has a smallish rod on it somewhere (up in the treehouse area). If the crow's nest has been repaired, Oswald should prompt to zap the rods. Zap all three in order and the base of the crow's nest will open up to reveal a chest with this pin.

Note: in the Dark Beauty Castle, if you go for the "Beauty Only Thin Deep" pin, you'll have to jump up to the "Charge It" balcony with a double-jump from the roof above the "collapsed rubble" that comes down in a cutscene.
