Advents main skill is to control their culture
They can push their culture faster than the other two type of playable characters
And their culture is harder to push away
Culture stops your foes from taking plaints and in some cases your culture can push others culture off the plaints can be loosed to them making it open to grab without firing a shot
how i play
As I start off
I build only capital ships no small ships no frigates
NO SCOUTS
Not exploring will help my super weapons making my fleet stronger and defend my ♥♥♥ when I'm too far away to fight back
By using 2 of the mother ships capital ships skills
this will keep both them keep each other alive but also to take planets faster
This saves money
Because small ships die too fast don't build any of them YET don't wanna lose that money.
Taking planet fast allows you to make money faster
Make sure that after you get a planet upgrade it.
Don't forget to upgrade your planets soon as you are able to
New plaints will take money away
you will loss money
upgading them you will make more money faster by upgrading the 1st 2 option under upgrade
You will need structures around your planets
I make harmony labs, trade ports, and the radio tower buildings
2 labs 2 radio towers 1 trade buildings per planet one
lab one radio tower one trade per asteroid
By now I can make at least 4 mother ships capital ships
these can bet all non-player planets you win.
And now you can take one planet at a time
Now that I have the 4 mother ships.i now start building the transport capital ships.
They build fighters and bombers in large numbers very deadly
With all your capital ships now built
I am now forced to be reccon
transport capital ships skill will help you shot faster and harder
They all have a skill that build extra bombers and or fighters.
They are small ships that move fast cost nothing
they are able to take out capital ships and starbases in seconds in large enough numbers
Your should be maxed on harmony labs from here should be hostility that is when I will put star bases on every pliant I own.
They will be upgraded with trade ports on them with the skill that prevents loss of planets from boom bombardment
The star bases that are next door to my enemy I would upgrade my star bases with the skill that stops all ships for a brief amount of time an upgrade my weapons and health making my star base next to impossible to be killed
Advent super weapon shot their culture
Those will be placed as close to each other as I can and far away from front lines
The culture that those weapons make after hitting a plaint will make your fleet faster and stronger an will have a high chance of taking the planets away without even hitting the planet with your fleet
At this point there is no end to my ♥♥♥ kicking
If you feel the need at this point you can buy the rest of your ship slot tech and build your frigates I recommend 30 heavy causers
the rest transport ships to add more fighters and bombers to the party

this is the basic advent strategy, also as long as your culture is strong enough on an unclaimed planet the enemy cant colonize it meaning spreading culture also blocks enemies from gaining planets even if you dont claim them
