Introduction
Welcome to my second Solo Stealth guide. Jewelry Store is widely considered to be the easiest stealth job in the game. It is also a common choice for those who have just gone infamous. If you're looking to get into solo stealthing, this guide is for you.
Requirements
Note: Since the skill revamp, this section is outdated

There are no requirements to solo stealth this job. It is feasible to stealth this with 75 detection and no deployables or silenced weapons. However, if you are new, here are some skills I recommend having. (and the rationales)

Cable Guy ACE: The extra 4 ties will save you some cleaner costs, so might as well. This is usually included in any stealth build anyway.

Endurance/Sprinter ACE, Run and Gun/Shinobi BASIC: Movement speed is always helpful.

Fast Hands/Transporter ACE: These skills should be included in any build. They allow you to bag and move loot faster.

Control Freak BASIC: This will allow you to quickly subdue all civilians on the map. Also useful to quickly scare anyone trying to make a call.

Hidden Blade BASIC: Ups your concealment

Hidden Blade OR Shinobi ACE: This makes your kills almost silent. Very useful.

Hardware Expert/Drill Sergeant ACE: Drill skills. It lets you open the safe faster and with a chance to have the drill auto-restart.

Cleaner ACE: An extra bodybag can be useful.

Dead Presidents ACE: If you really want/need the extra money, go for it. It's usually considered a waste of points. I only include it on my stealth builds because I typically have more points than I know what to do with.

ECM Upgrades: Basically, the better ECMs you have, the easier this will go.

Loadout: As long as you prioritize concealment and bring at least one silenced weapon, pretty much anything goes.
Assets
Only a few assets are offered for this job. You're mostly on your own here. I'll go over each asset, however.

Vantage Point: Ignore, loud only.

Expert Driver: Ignore, loud only.

Body Bags: You can buy this if you wish. You won't need it however (as you'll likely be taking control of the entire map)
Eliminating the guards
Please note: Any time I mention a direction (left/right), the reference point is standing outside the store facing the front door.

Ok, so you're ready to get stealing some jewelry. However, there are those pesky guards, and they must be eliminated before you can really get started. Luckily, they are pretty easy to deal with.

There will be one guard in the store wandering around and 0-3 in the back and side alleys. There will never be more than four pagered guards total. On Death Wish, the two side alleys will be blocked off, meaning you must enter through the store.

There is also a chance (greater for higher difficulties) of a hotdog stand spawning on the far right of the map. If this happens, there will be two police officers near it. These officers do not have pagers. They should be ignored unless alerted or you're taking total control.

Begin by entering the store, making sure to steer clear of the guard. Enter the right back room and mask up. From there, you pick the window lock and head out into the alley. Then, simply pick off each guard one by one, making sure they are out of the others' line of sight. Don't forget to answer the pagers.

Once you clear the alleys, go back in through the window you opened. If the guard is in the store area, you can place a loud drill on the safe to lure him into the room. Once he's out of sight of the main area, kill him and answer the pager.
Taking Control
Now it's time to make your move. You'll need to deal with all those civilians shopping around. First, you want to enter the left back room and tie or kill those civilians.

Once the back area is clear, you can drop an ECM (if you have one) and run into the main area. Here you have three options. You can shout at them and get them down. If you have Control Freak basic, you can shoot a loud weapon into the air and subdue them that way (note: this will alert the civilians outside as well as the the hotdog stand police. Don't forget to deal with them). Lastly, you can simply kill everyone. I personally get everyone down and kill everyone after I run out of ties.

If you wish, you may also take control of the outside. Keep in mind that there may be police and some civilians may be outside the map (so you can't tie them). It is probably best to kill all of the people outside the store if you are taking control. You can grenade civilians who manage to run around a corner.
Looting the place
Now that everyone is dealt with, it's time for the easy part. Getting all the loot.

There will be two types of loot, the baggable jewels and the loose ones. On Death Wish, 7 baggable jewels will spawn in the main store and 2 will spawn in the safe, meaning it must be drilled open. On lower difficulties, enough will spawn in the main store to make drilling unnecessary.

Simply take all loot (some loose jewels are located in the back right room) and move the bags into the van and you're home free.

Congratulations. You have just solo stealthed Jewelry Store.

i figured it out. just kill him while he's in the "manager's room", tell the people to stay down, answer pager, then control map

Often in the room where you have to lure in the guard there is no safe. Then what do you do?

@Johnny
Here are the skills I marked out as having only basic needed:
Run and Gun - The aced version makes it so Steel Sight doesn't affect your movement speed. You shouldn't be doing much while steel sighted in this job, so you only need the basic version's movement speed buff.
Control Freak - the aced version only allows for the Inside Man assets to be bought. The only Inside Man asset here is Expert Driver, which is 100% useless in stealth. You only need basic to intimidate the civs with your gunshots.
Hidden Blade/Shinobi - I mentioned that you should have both of them basic, but one of them aced. The aced versions do the same thing, and to my knowledge they do not stack together.
So yeah. You don't need to ace anything I marked as basic (I have Control Freak aced on my stealth build, but I don't use it for Jewelry Store. In fact, I only even do Jewelry Store immediately after going infamous)

I think for a lot of these perks you need aced skills, not just basic
