What to Do

Most people forget the Beanbag Launcher exists since it's hidden in your weapons groups, and does non-lethal damage, but it does do a lot and constant lethal damage to bosses. You can buy it from the vending machines before the boss.

The key is to circle the boss and keep shooter her with the beanbag launcher. Ignore all Zombies and Skeletons, since it does no damage to them and they're a low threat. Piss out all fires. Jump when she's going to slam the ground in order to take slightly less damage. She can only turn 90 degrees at a time so the closer you are to her, the easier it is to move away from her and you can eventually get to the point where she won't be able to face you. Use your machine gun to take out the floating heads. Also don't piss away your healing items since you'll need almost all of them if you're going to go to the faction leaders after the boss fight. Also the submachine and glock set to auto can be used for quick burst damage.

Uhh, you know, if you duel wield glocks, you can literally take her out in the span of 30-60 seconds.

1. even easier is standing behind one of those pillars so it cant hit you with any attack now just shoot why run if there is a safe spot?

3. you cant do this on POSTAL you used like 4 Health Pipes here and the damage you do with that beanbag gun is very low try MP5/Glock with Habibi

Other advice: Catnip + Habiib's powerstation= a silly amount of damage with much less risk of cheap deaths.

Slomo also works well with a fully automated Glock.
