1: Unzip the file you downloaded above there will be 2 files, excludelist.txt and Mortal Kombat Save Game Back Up Tool.bat.

5: As shown in the picture above you need to find your folder where Mortal Kombat X saves your save game files. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata and look for the folder that has a bunch of other folders in it. You Know you will have the right folder if you see a folder with the number 307780. Open the folder with the name 307780 then open the folder named remote then open the folder named user. Go to the top where the file location bar is and click on it. Now right click on it and choose copy. What you copy should look like this C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\Your steam user number\307780\remote\user. As shown in the picture below.
6: Bring back up the batch file notepad file that you brought up to edit in step 4 and delete everything between the quotation marks (do not delete the quotation marks). Right click and choose paste to past the location that you copied in step 5. It should look like it does in the picture below. After that click on file then save then close it out.
7: Click on the Mortal Kombat Save Game Back Up Tool.bat that you copied to the desktop in step 3. When it comes up it will asking you, Does C:\Mortal Kombat X Save Game Backup specify a file name or directory name on the target (F = file, D = directory)? As shown in the picture below.
You want to type D as soon as you type D it will go thru the process of backing up your save games. After it gets done press any key to close it out. As shown in the picture below.

Your done now, after you get done playing Mortal Kombat X click on the batch file that you copied to your desktop to back up your save game files.

If you ever have your save game reverted back to a new save and have used this backup tool. Then start the game go thru the brightness and faction settings till you get to the main menu. Once you get to the main menu exit back to windows and copy over your backed up save game to the original save game folder in steam userdata folder. Backups are saved to C:\Mortal Kombat X Save Game.

My save game was deleted by the patch and I couldn't restore it from back ups, plus the screen was super zoomed in and I couldn't see anything. I used the steam verify cache option, it re-downloaded the entire 15gb patch and then I could restore my backed up save game. So thank you again ☠Soul Assassin︻芫══↼, you saved my save file.

Just before you have replied, devs removed last update.
"...We are temporarily removing the patch until we can pinpoint the cause of save data loss. We are actively working on this and will keep everyone posted as we work towards a fix. We sincerely apologize for this disruption..."
So, Im reloading 15 GB again right now. May be this problem will be solved without involving of third party software.

@glebosaur
You should. All win 7 64 bit should have this unless your verision is pirated cause pirated versions remove alot of system utilitys to make the os smaller. But check your windows/system32 folder and see if it is in there. Look for xcopy.exe. Or do a serach for it.
