High Brow	Start with; Number One, E. Coli, Butt Bombs, Flush as your space-bar item and Petrified Poop as your trinket. No treasure rooms. Shops available.	Kill Mom!	Default	Rune of Jera.
Head Trauma	Start with; Tiny Planet, Soy Milk, Small Rock and Iron Bar. No treasure rooms. Shops available.	Kill Mom!	Default	Rune of Ehwaz
Darkness Falls	Start with; Pentagram, Dead Bird, ♥♥♥♥♥ of Babylon, Razor Blade, Sacrificial Dagger and Dark Matter. No treasure rooms. Shops available.	Kill Satan	It Lives and Eve.	Rune of Dagaz.
Start with; Bucket of Lard, Infamy, Yum Heart and Thunder Thighs. No treasure rooms. Shops available.	Kill Mom!	Unlocking Magdalene	Rune of Ansuz.	Solar System Start with; Transcendance, Distant Admiration, Forever Alone and Halo of Flies. Cannot shoot tears during this run. No treasure rooms. Shops available. Kill Mom's Heart Unlocked Transcendance. Rune of Perthro	Suicide King Start with; Ipecac, My Reflection and Mr. Mega. No treasure rooms. Shops available. Kill Isaac Unlocking 'It Lives' Suicide King	Cat Got Your Tongue Start with; Guppy's Tail, Guppy's Head and Guppy's Hairball. Cannot shoot tears during this run. No treasure rooms. Shops available. Kill Mom! Transforming into Guppy. Rune of Algiz	Demo Man. Start with; Dr. Fetus, Remote Detonator and Matchstick as your Trinket. No treasure rooms. Shops available. Kill Mom's Heart. Unlocking Dr. Fetus The Chaos Card	Cursed! Start as Magdalene with; Yum Heart, Raw Liver, The Compass, Treasure Map, Blue Map and Child's Heart as your Trinket. Leaving rooms will damage you, like leaving/entering a Curse Room. No treasure rooms. Shops available. Kill Mom! Unlocking Madgalene Credit Card	Glass Cannon Start as Judas with; Epic Fetus and Loki's Horns. No Treasure rooms or Shops. Kill Satan Unlock Epic Fetus (Challenge #19) and Loki's Horns Rules Card	When Life Gives You Lemons Start with; Lemon Mishap, 9-Volt, Habit and 1 Lemon Party Pill. No Treasure rooms. I just finished the "Glass Cannon" challenge (#11) and i must say, i would like to go down to the dark room. It pretty much would make the challenge longer, and just a small bit harder. I want to do it again it was so fun.
