My G.E.M FX Configuration

This is the current configuration I'm using with G.E.M FX I've been tweeking it for a week now, this is what I've settled on. I hope you like it :)

These setting look good on my monitor, they may vary for other monitors and their settings. Mine tends to render color a little dull, I did my best to maintain the overall total brightness of the vanilla visuals, while working to deepen the colors and sharpen detail.

DISCLAIMER: Backup your game in case you make a mistake, or there's an incompatibility of some kind. I've noticed having issues with uMod while running G.E.M FX at the same time, so I only run one at any given time.

Download and Instructions

• Download the file:
  mediafire .com/download/d26dm5hhvmp3xde/GEMFX_settings.cfg
  (without spaces)
  
  
• Navigate to your GEM FX presets folder:
  steamapps\common\Dead or Alive 5 Last Round\GEMFX\Presets
  
  
• Go to "current" folder.
  Replace the "GEMFX_settings.cfg" file with the one you downloaded (always make a backup before replacing files)
  
  
• Enjoy :)

Ok, it seems that Steam doesn't like mediafire links anymore, I put a space before the ".com" to bypass the filter.

Yeah one thing to keep in mind, what OP sees and what you see may differ. This is why GEMFX or SWEETFX are so powerful. You can custom tailor the game to your monitor's calibration.

It may just be a difference in display device too, my display is rather dull it seems. I tried to get a good bloom effect on the specular highlights, but there’s no way to do that without making the sky look like the Kingdom of Heaven, I think we would need an ENB for proper highlight blooming without affecting anything else.

I think the vanilla version still look good... I would like to see glow effect when the light hit the metal part or wet part, better depth effect... like in what GeDoSaTo/SweetFX do with DarkSouls2.

If anyone is wondering where Ayane's make-up disapeared to in the last sample images (lipstick and lip gloss) I'll be addressing that "edit" sometime soon :)
