This has been fixed, the maintenance is now only 160. Recommended.

Any problem with maintenance? You customize mod to lower it down in real time (in game not in asset editor). Also I can recommend you to switch to different garages for example modular pack is much better than this old garage asset.

Beautiful mod! I almost always use it!
Suggestion for you: Could you make one that's 6+ floors?
Or one that has a building ontop?
