How to save Ethan!
The trick here to obviously aviod angering Ramsey, my first choice was to let him into the great hall but pull away Talia. As a result I got stabbed in the neck.

On my second attempt I let them into the great hall and showed humility by asking him to take me instead and again I was stabbed in the neck.

Now, my third try is where it all came together, I met him at the gate, but I remained silent as he took Talia. This of course caused me to get stabbed in the neck.

Clearly, Telltale has given us many choices and diverse consequences for our actions.

P.S. For the dense who did not get it, you can't save Ethan from dying.

I'm okay with not having absolute control over the story. I like to think of it as "fate" and I like that I can at least decide how the characters will react to their "fate." I hated having to decide between Asher or Roderick, though. That was tough.

i heard that in the show theres guards or people talking about a tragedy with the foresters. I'll need to rewatch GoT to find out if this is true. But i'm pretty sure it was in reference to Ethan.
