A "How To" for installing the 18+ version of Princess Evangile to your Steam Library.

How to install the 18+ Princess Evangile to your Steam library

1- Purchase both versions (buy the 18+ at Mangagamer and get a Steam key for the All Ages versionincluded in the price).

2- Install the MangaGamer version and the Steam version.

3- Activate and run each.

4- Find the Steam Princess Evangile folder -
Local Disc/Program Files(86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Princess Evangile

5- Replace the contents of the file with the contents of the Mangagamer Princess Evangile - Local Disc/Games/Mangagamer/Princess Evangile .

The 18+ Mangagamer version will now run via Steam.

The fandisk has an 18+ patch but the main game doesn't seem to.

It's easy enough to run a renamed application, and having different files of the uncensored/H-patch version of the game in the same directory as Steam. In my case, you can obtain a version that contains the naughty bits and then replace it in your Steam version if you want to track the hours. I did this with the demo files and it works perfectly fine. Got a bang for my buck essentially for the price of one.

Is there a 18+ patch ? I bought the steam version and I can't just buy it at MangaGamer again to have the H cgs

Does anyone know if this also works for other games?
Like Grisaia or other games from MG, when they do have a seperate 18+ version and Steam all ages version in English.

wait what im having trouble installing the magnagamer version it says i need a disk or something

Just buy the 18+ version and play outside of Steam...there were games WAY before Steam came around.
But, No, these are two different products. You want 18+ on Steam, you have to buy both.
Wait for a sale....

Is there anyway to play the 18+ version buy only buying one of the games and not both because i'm not willing to spend $80 if not.

I had that happen to me after a Steam update. So, I used the task manager to kill the process to get around it. Later, after another Steam update, the issue was resolved. Seems the last time I ran it it was OK. After this recent update, you've got me wondering.....
