This video accounts for all 3 achievements related to the Hoxton Revenge Heist:
I'm an Avenger - Kill the traitor (Both Stealth/Loud)
A Dish Best Served Cold - Complete the Hoxton Revenge job on Death Wish
Silent But Deadly- Complete the Hoxton Revenge job without triggering the alarm.

Step 1: Timelock.
Before you ever want to open any doors or windows on the house, you need to find the timelock inside the house. Thus far, it's generally on the first floor and can be located on any part of the house. Once you picklock your way in, you have 20 seconds to use the timelock and disable it. (5 seconds to cut the cable on the alarm box)

Step 2: Vault
The vault has 4 different methods of verification, and you need two of them.
1. FBI Code; it'll be stored on a laptop randomly placed in the house
2. Keycards; you need two of them also randomly placed in the house
3. Keypad Code: retrieved with the telephone pole outside with you making a call; it's essentially a ladder
4. Scanner: Uses the civilian with the blue shirt for DNA scans; retina I think

Once you get the two methods of verification finished; you moved wait a minute for the timelock to run down.

Step 3: The Rat
Won't reveal, kill him.

Step 4: Evidence
After killing the rat inside the vault, you'll be tasked with picking up 6 pieces of evidence. Evidence is spread throughout the map mostly inside cardboard boxes and boards. The turn in point is the van outside.

Other Notes
ECM Rushing is probably possible, but I think it'd take too much time. If I figure it out, I'll try to capture it.
The Death Wish and Stealth achievements are currently broken. Overkill released a statement they'd review it on Monday.
